Julieta is a multifaceted and meticulous professional with extensive experience in experiential hotel and luxury travel administration and operations support. With a diverse skill set acquired through various hotel and travel management roles, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Her proficiency spans across several areas, including outdoor experiences, Front Desk operations, sustainability initiatives, Human Resources, Continuous Improvement, Training and Employee Development Programs, as well as the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Throughout her career, Julieta has made significant contributions to leading organizations such as the award-winning sustainable hospitality Cayuga Collection, the prestigious Hotel Lapa Rios, RBA Tourism Consulting, Osa Conservation, and the ultra-luxury tour operator pioneer, Origen Extraordinary Escapes. At Origen Escapes, Julieta played a key role in strategizing and executing company standards, ensuring that each experience was meticulously crafted to exceed expectations and reflect the unparalleled beauty and diversity of Costa Rica.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Julieta also serves as a Board Member of the Costa Rican Tourism Board and is a dedicated advocate for public-private partnerships. She acts as a mentor for aspiring entrepreneurs in the tourism industry.
